What Is The Working Principle Of Threaded Check Valve?

Jul 02, 2023 Leave a message

The threaded check valve refers to a valve that automatically opens and closes the disc according to the flow of the medium itself to prevent the medium from flowing backward. Also known as check valve, one-way valve, reverse flow valve, back pressure valve. The threaded check valve is an automatic valve whose main function is to prevent the reverse flow of the medium, the reverse rotation of the pump and the drive motor, and the discharge of the container medium. Threaded check valves can also be used to supply air to auxiliary systems where the pressure may be higher than the system pressure. Threaded check valves can be divided into swing-type threaded check valves and lift-type threaded check valves (moving along the axis). The function of this type of valve is to only allow the medium to flow in one direction and prevent the flow in the opposite direction. Usually this valve works automatically. Under the action of fluid pressure in one-way flow, the valve disc opens; when the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the fluid pressure and the self-weight of the valve disc act on the valve seat to cut off the flow.
