1. It cannot be used for bonding and sealing of large gaps, usually the gap should be less than 0.25mm.
2. Not suitable for bonding loose or porous materials.
3. If the bonding area is larger, the gap will be smaller and the curing will be more.
4. The curing speed and bonding strength of the anaerobic adhesive are related to the properties of the adherend. Active surfaces (such as clean steel, iron, copper, manganese, aluminum alloy, etc.) have fast curing speed and high bonding strength; inert surfaces (such as pure aluminum, stainless steel, zinc, cadmium, gold, glass, ceramics, thermosetting plastics, etc.) The curing speed is slow and the bonding strength is low; the hysteresis surface (such as the surface to be bonded has been anodized or oxidized and electroplated, etc.) cannot be bonded, and must be surface treated and coated with an accelerator before bonding. It is better to apply accelerator on one side, and then apply anaerobic adhesive after 5 minutes.
5. It is ideal to clean the adhered surface twice with TS755 cleaning agent.
6. Appropriate roughening of the surface to be bonded can improve the bonding strength. The surface roughness is Ra12.5μm.
7. The gap should be 0.01~0.05mm.
8. The environment during bonding operation should be dry and the relative humidity should be less than 60%.
9. Curing at room temperature for 3 hours, the bonding strength can reach 50% to 60% of the rated value, and reach the maximum value after 24 hours. It can also be cured by heating, at this time the curing time is shortened and the bonding strength can be improved.
10. Avoid using it in alkaline medium.
11. It can be used for sealing, and its pressure resistance can reach 40MPa.
12. If the adhesive layer needs to be removed, the temperature of the bonding parts can be increased to 150-200°C, or a larger torque can be used. If high temperature heating conditions are not allowed, organic mixed solvents such as dichloromethane can be used.
13. Do not put in metal containers, nor can containers of other materials be filled.
