Common faults and treatment methods of check valves

1. The disc is broken
The pressure of the medium before and after the check valve is in a state of close balance and "seeing" with each other. The valve disc often beats with the valve seat, and the valve disc made of some brittle materials (such as cast iron, brass, etc.) is broken.
Treatment: Use a check valve with the valve disc made of tough material.
2. Medium backflow
Damage to the sealing surface and inclusion of impurities may cause the medium to flow back.
Treatment: Repair the sealing surface and clean the impurities to prevent backflow.
3. The sealing surface is damaged and aged
Treatment: correct selection of sealing surface materials, regular maintenance, and regular replacement of rubber sealing surfaces.
