How to do a good job of check valve maintenance?

1. The opening and closing parts should be closed during transportation, and at the same time, the cylinder position should be protected by packaging, anti-vibration and anti-collision.
2. Regular maintenance should be done for long-term storage. Every three months, check the dirt and rust on the two channels and raised surfaces, and the protection of the connection ports. After cleaning the dirt and rust, apply anti-rust oil again for protection.
3. The muffler check valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room to prevent rust caused by rain and moisture.
4. The valve is not allowed to be welded and repaired when the valve is running under pressure, and it is not allowed to dismantle or replace the valve parts at will.
